An experienced professional in the corporate services industry for over 20 years, Kim Leng is skilled in corporate secretarial, offshore trusts, structured finance, compliance & risk management, global business development, , mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration.

Kim Leng started her career in corporate secretarial with Arthur Andersen Singapore and subsequently a leading Singapore law firm Rajah & Tann prior to progressing into offshore trusts and structured finance at Intertrust. Moving on from managing service delivery teams and compliance functions, she embarked on her first full-time business development & sales role with TMF Group in 2010. During this time, Kim Leng ranked top sales performer in Asia Pacific in  TMF Group for three consecutive years, and was subsequently promoted as Managing Director for its Singapore operations.

After working for large firms throughout her entire career, she decided to try something new and eventually joined a private equity backed Singapore corporate services firm as its CEO and established its Hong Kong and Malaysia offices.  

Kim Leng retired from full-time work in January 2023 to pursue her interests in arts and traveling extensively across the world while continuing to provide career advice, mentorship and guidance to many ex-colleagues and friends in the industry. Despite her plans of early retirement, Kim Leng has always been active in the industry and her passion for challenging herself and taking on new roles has led her to come back in industry as the Group Operations & Integration Director at Triide. In this role, she spearheads the development and implementation of operational strategies across Triide while also be responsible for all post-merger integration programs of Triide’s acquired portfolios in Asia.

Kim Leng holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Management from the University of London. She was previously a member of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore and also The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Besides English, she is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
