Pierre, a veteran with nearly three decades of experience in professional services and finance, has developed a broad skill set that includes financial strategy, M&A, accounting, taxation, human resources, and providing cross-border advice to companies in China, both international and domestic.

His career began at Mackenzie Financial in Toronto, Canada. In 2004, he moved to China to take up a role as Senior Manager in Assurance Services at KPMG. Later, he transitioned to CBRE China as Finance Director and then assumed a Director position at KCS China, KPMG’s corporate services division.

Pierre embarked on his entrepreneurial path in 2012, departing from KCS China to found Integra Group. As the Founder and Group CEO, he has steered the company towards continuous growth and success, working alongside his team to assist both overseas and Chinese clients with their regional operations.

Pierre’s academic credentials comprise an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the Canadian Chartered Accountant Association and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
