Ross is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience across diverse industries in both domestic and international markets. His expertise spans across assurance, cross-border corporate advisory, corporate finance, corporate secretarial services, pre-IPO and IPO advisory, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and tax advisory.

Ross began his career at SyCip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (formerly a member firm of Arthur Andersen, now Ernst & Young) in the Philippines and subsequently moved to Singapore under secondment to Arthur Andersen. He then moved to BDO Singapore as the Head of Business Advisory, Business Transaction Services while leading the IPO and China Desk at the firm.

Ross furthered his professional career by going in-house to serve as Group CFO and CRO at a mainboard-listed company on the Singapore Exchange (‘SGX’) where he served for almost 2 years before leaving to found Anchorage Consulting in 2014.  In 2016 Ross joined Nexia TS Pte. Ltd. as Audit Director and Head of M&A, before returning to Anchorage Consulting in 2020 to lead the firm as its Managing Director.

Ross is also the founder of Anchorage Assurance, a boutique audit firm in Singapore where he as Managing Partner oversees audit partner sign-off responsibilities for a wide portfolio of public and private companies.

Anchorage Consulting became a part of Triide in 2024 after 10 successful years under his leadership and he now serves as a Partner at Triide’s Singapore and Philippines offices.

The professional expertise Ross honed throughout his career includes due diligence services, transaction support services, corporate finance, valuation, M&A advisory and also acting as Reporting Accountant for several IPOs on SGX, including R144A filings.  Ross also holds key leadership roles such as the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of a mainboard-listed company and also Chairman of the Audit Committee in another mainboard-listed company.

His entrepreneurial acumen and deep expertise have solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor for his clients.
