In this pivotal role, Kim Leng will spearhead the company’s operational excellence initiatives and lead post-merger integration (PMI) efforts across Triide’s key markets in the region. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), she will oversee the alignment of operational strategies with Triide’s growth objectives, ensuring seamless integration of acquired businesses and driving efficiency and synergy across all service lines, and leveraging technology and innovation to improve operational resilience.

Kim Leng brings over 20 years of experience in operations leadership, global business development, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-regional integration within the corporate services sector. Her proven track record in service delivery operations, fostering employee engagement, commercial strategy and managing large teams in complex regulatory environments positions her to advance Triide’s mission of becoming a trusted partner for clients’ business expansion and growth the Asia Pacific region.
